CLASS REIMBURSEMENT

The available funds for each class are based on the class fee and number of students per class.

To be reimbursed for class supplies:

  1. Print and complete the reimbursement form. Copies are also available at the Welcome Center.
  2. Attach receipts or copies of your receipts. Highlighting is appreciated.
  3. Return the completed form to the treasurer.
  4. Checks are normally issued the following week.

GENERAL REIMBURSEMENT

Did you pay for the pizza order or renew the post office box?

All general reimbursements must be approved by the leadership committee.

Approval will depend upon funds available.

**Pre-approval is highly recommended**
